A fully gated private villa, with automatic entrance door, Ban Khao is a balance of simplicity and comfort while providing an absolutely stunning vista over the bay of Bophut and the neighboring island of Koh Phan Ngan.

Ban Khao is designed in a “L” shape with one side set on higher levels. The master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom with shower and bath and a lounge area in the room offers beautiful views to the pool area and the sea. The bedding arrangement of the villa is complimented with 1 double bedroom, with seaview, and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms share a very uniquely designed second bathroom with shower and bathtub. Finally, a large living / dining / kitchen features high ceilings with full length glass doors to emphasize on the outdoor decking and sea views.

The dining sits 6 to 8 guests and the kitchen is equipped with state of the art fixtures to ensure that any style of cooking, either by our own Thai Chef, or by the Guests is enjoyable.

Both the main living area and the master bedroom open to a covered terrace and the large pool area. As Ban Khao is at the very top of the hill, its layout and location provide the feeling of dominance over the elements below. The villa features an expanded garden to add to the location and which is also ideal as a children playground.
