A recently completed delightful holiday home, built within a hillside tropical garden in the heart of Chaweng residential district, encompassing three floors and providing living space of 325 Sq meters. Close to nearby superstores and in
easy reach of Chaweng Beach and nightlife, this comfortable villa is in a position enjoying expansive views of the city skyline, mountains and the tropical ocean.
The 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa sleeps 10 persons and has a kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, electric grill, charcoal grill, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc. The villa enjoys full central air conditioning and has an English speaking manager.
The well appointed 1st floor lounge and open plan dining area is spacious and light, leading directly to the very comfortable balcony area. There are two bedrooms also on this floor, both with private bathrooms, one having a double bed and the other twin singles.
The Master bedroom en-suite is on the top floor, the bathroom being a delight, designed in a tasteful fusion of Asian style and functional simplicity. The two remaining bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, are located on the sun deck/pool (ground) floor with both having double beds.
Outside on the lower level the pool and deck are equipped with sun loungers, overlooked by the sala for when you just need some shade, enjoying some spectacular views over the tropical greenery to the sea beyond and offer ample opportunity for sun bathing and dipping in the infinity edge pool. To conclude, the villa is spacious and comfortable with a contemporary feel and sits within a residential area that is simply minutes away from the stores and nightlife. All bed linen is provided along with bath towels and the additional facilities include Cable TV in the lounge and master, plus radio, DVD, 24 hour maintenance and housekeeping.
