tropical vegetation and in a style in keeping with its Thai location, this 3 air conditioned bedroom villa is perfectly located
for the elegant delights offered by the local beach and village- and is only 10 minutes from the lively Chaweng. The local area
is easily reached on foot and the area is very well connected for taxis and songtows should you wish to venture further afield.
The villa itself is well appointed with two more or less identical en suite bedrooms upstairs, with ample dressing
space and fitted with bedroom furniture and double four poster beds beds, also with balconies and designer bathrooms.The third
ensuite bedroom is beautifully appointed with 2 four-poster single bunk beds, and is located on the ground floor.The en-suite
bathroom has been thoughtfully designed with an individual shower cubical, wash basin and toilet.There is an additional
guest toilet in the lobby area.
Your holiday home has a comfortably furnished lounge,a TV room and a separate dining room, plus a fully equipped western style
kitchen that includes every amenity. Outside,the beautifully sculptured infinity swimming pool is surrounded by a large patio area,
with sun loungers, soft seating, coffee and dining tables and chairs for eating 'al Fresco'and relaxing by the infinity pool
looking across the lush gardens.
Entertainment is well cated for with large screen Satellite tv, Wi Fi, DVD, Stereo and
a free local phone for your convenience.
For larger parties this villa may be rented along with one or two similar villas. Our prices include daily breakfast and housekeeping,
