Maenam Hills 5 bed Seaview Pool Villa
A beautifully impressive 5 bedroom sea view villa just about 1 kilometer from the famed Maenam
beach and close to all the nightlife in Maenam and Bophut.The views over the
bay towards Koh Phang Ngan are magnificent.
This holiday home
consists of two floors, designed in a contemporary Asian style, on an 800 sq m garden,
providing comfort and privacy. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped and spacious kitchen,
a dining area seating 11, a living area with soft furnishings and a 40" TV and DVD player, all open plan.
Additionally we have 2 double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, plus a bathroom.
The upper floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area with soft furnishings and a 26" TV.
On this floor we have three double bedrooms, all with bedroom furniture and 3 bathrooms, two of which
are en-suite. The easiest way to describe the beauty of these sleeping areas is for you to see the photographs.
Outside there is a flower garden, a sala with furnishings, sun loungers, plus an infinity edge pool with jacuzzi
and a fish pond with a waterfall feature.
Your holiday home has automatic gated access and an 800 m2 of walled garden in a secure home of 300 sq meters.
Housekeeping is provided weekly and electricity is metered, additional housekeeping is available if required.
Free wi fi throughout the villa and the pool is cleaned daily.You can provide a shopping list in advance for the first day,
your choice
will be available in the house upon arrival.
Upon arrival at the airport, a taxi will collect you and take you directly to the villa where English speaking staff greet you.
