being close to the Samui ring road also provides for easy access to the
tourist areas and numerous activities that Koh Samui has to offer.
The villa provides the majority of the rooms both upstairs and downstairs
with the stunning west facing views over the tropical palms to the Gulf
of Siam and is furnished to a high standard with all new fixtures and
fittings, cool tiled floors downstairs and wood parquet floors upstairs
in the bedrooms.
On entering the villa into the
impressive hall area you will be immediately captivated by the
breathtaking view of the 9 meter infinity/horizon edge pool and vista of
the ocean beyond seen through glass sliding doors leading from the
hallway. The swimming pool is ideally situated on the same level as all
the living areas with sliding doors opening out from both the lounge and
dining room to the pool deck and breakfast patio. A fully fitted
kitchen, guest shower room and a TV room with satellite TV, DVD and CD
unit complete the ground floor.
The hallway is 10 meters in height taking in the two floors of the house
from the floor to the exposed rafters in the “V” shaped roof. Stairs
lead up from the hall to the minstrels gallery with it’s attractive
feature arch windows.
The air conditioned master bedroom suite has a king size bed, ensuite
bathroom with a bath, a separate shower cubicle and a covered balcony
leading from the bedroom. This is a perfect area to sit and take in the
beauty of the carpet of palms in front of the house changing colours as
the sun goes down before dropping to the ocean and setting behind the
marine park islands on the horizon.. |
