The villa is very spacious, built with distinctive traditional Thai roofs and with 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the 1st Floor, comfortably large with sea views. An additional good sized en-suite bedroom,with large four poster beds, a tv, spacious dressing areas and a private balcony is located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are Air Conditioned and are well furnished with impressive bathrooms. The villa has a large lounge and an equally spacious separate dining room, plus a fully equipped modern kitchen, including every amenity. Outside is a private sculptured infinity edge swimming pool, surrounded by a luxuriant tropical landscape with a variety of local fruits, plus many varieties of palms.

The large swimming pool patio area is equipped with sun loungers, a sofa area, day beds, hammocks, chairs and a barbeque for al fresco dining. Just five minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Samui, a beautiful bay with safe bathing, edged by small bars and restaurants with a peacefull ambiance.

The location is ten minutes from the airport and Chaweng is only 4 kilometers away. Choeng Mon itself has the long beach area and a main street with restaurants, bars and shops- if you choose not to drive this location is perfection!

-30% deposit secures a booking.
-balance is due two months prior to the start date.

-Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak and high season dates. except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 7 nights.
-Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:30, although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability.
