Welcome to 'The Apartments'

The Apartments Luxury Residence is situated in the heart of the most charming location on Samui. These new and architecturally imposing luxury beachfront suites offer guests expansive views of Bophut's beautiful crescent bay and the offshore islands. This is one of Samui's top beaches, and the centre of the select area of Samui, the north east shore of the island.

This luxury residence is within quick and easy walking distance of a wide variety of excellent restaurants, specialty shops, sports and entertainment facilities that populate this small and serene Village. The turquoise bay is a constantly changing vista of colourful seagoing craft, framed by two dramatic headlands.

This luxury residence provides discerning visitors to Samui with a fascinating alternative to conventional hotels or resorts, allowing a rare opportunity to enjoy a sense of living in a fine private home 'and' in a prime location.

These new and well appointed suites have been built and furnished with 'an eye for detail' by some of Thailand's finest master craftsmen. Completely furnished in classic and contemporary Asian style, 'The Apartments' are an outstanding example of the best in tropical Asian interior design.
 

This luxury residence contains every reasonable comfort, including a private foyer, high quality TVs and home music systems (inc. VCDs), small libraries, marble bathrooms, spacious and well-shaded oceanfront verandahs for viewing the great sunsets, and a small, but enchantingly exotic, swimming pool.

Competent and congenial English-speaking staffs are available to assist guests with transportation, tours, medical, and any number of specific requests. 'The Apartments Luxury Residence is just 10 minute drive from Samui Airport. Taxis are available, although Bangkok Airways offer a quick and convenient 'limo service' to our door. Room Service is provided by our next door neighbour's 'Angela's Harbourside Cafeé', well known for its gourmet food, fine wines and desserts. Angela will cater for special lunches, dinners or cocktail parties if requested in advance.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and whisper quiet ceiling fans in every room add to the comfort. All suites have large sliding teakwood and glass doors opening out to comfortably furnished and well lit verandahs. Screened sliding doors provide for comfortable enjoyment of the natural tropical airs. Each apartment was specifically designed to be comfortable without the use of air conditioning, if that is preferred.

Each of the first and second floors is home to two separate suites per floor, and the top (third) floor is occupied by a single and larger apartment. One of the first floor suites is ideally suited to those travelling with younger children, and has a spacious wooden outdoor deck on the ocean-side.

Rates for individual suites are set to Low, Middle, and High seasonal periods. Each apartment has a unique configuration, and this factor is reflected in its rates.

This top floor suite offers guests the highest standards of comfort, as well as the most spacious accommodation. It has four spacious bedrooms, two en-suite and two sharing a third bathroom, all with king-sized beds.

With large master bedroom and marble bathroom. All bedrooms have hardwood flooring and separate controls for individual air conditioning systems. The large verandah extends the entire length of the ocean-side of the building, and the view over Bophut Bay is extraordinary.

Sunset Suite

This second floor suite has three bedrooms, one is a larger master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and a spacious private bathroom. The second is well appointed, full sized with a queen-sized bed. The third room, fitted with a ceiling fan, is intended either as a single bedroom or as an office where large double doors open to the living room and a shared bathroom.

Large verandahs that open on to the sea give both of the second floor suites a pleasant and expansive feel - a great place to enjoy an 'al fresco' moment with stunning ocean views, and colourful sunsets.

Sunrise Suite

This two-bedroom suite has all the same fine features of the other suites, marble bathrooms, great living rooms.

The second bedroom has twin beds. Although one of the two smaller suites of the five, it is still spacious and very comfortable. Sized for simple, elegant living, it has an intimate scale that is both romantic and convenient.

Sundeck Suite

 Sundeck Suite has a similar lay out to Sunset Suite with 'two full sized' bedrooms. A third non air-conditioned room can double as a single bedroom or office. It also enjoys the added luxury of a large wooden deck overlooking the water.

This deck effectively doubles the living space of the apartment, and is perfect if you're travelling with young children or need to be close to the entrance. Sunbath on your own deck; from here you have easy access to the pool and the steps down to the beach. This suite also boasts its own tropical garden.

Pool Suite

Pool Suite has two bedrooms and is truly a tucked away spot. It's smaller, but has the same great touches as the other units. It has a smaller deck than Sundeck Suite but with the pool right in front, and since 'The suites' are exclusive, there is never a crowd in the pool. Most of the time the pool is yours. It's a pretty exotic little pool too, and with the teakwood sliding doors that open to the sound of the waterfall or the tide rolling in - like natural music in the apartment! With its shaded position, the tropical sunlight illuminates the place, but only subtly, and never directly shines into the apartment.

Great for sleeping in after long nights on the town! When the pool is lit up at night and this apartment takes on a very serene and relaxed feeling.
