Bang Rak 4 bed Seaview Pool Villa
An impressive 4 bedroom sea view villa just about 1 kilometer from Bangrak
beach and the many bars and restaurants in that area, also ideally situated
for other famous destinations in the north east of Samui. The views over the
bay towards Koh Phang Ngan need to be seen to be believed!
The holiday home
is built over 2 floors, designed in a fusion of contemporary and classic
Thai, loated in the Bangrak Hills, reached via a paved road approz 100
meteres from Bangrak beach road, on a 1600 sq m plot, providing privacy. The
grand ground floor entrance leads to an open plan dining/kitchen area,
enjoying views of the ocean and the infinity pool/jacuzzi- relax on the pool
deck to take in the view or take the shade under the poolside sala.
The
kitchen is very well equipped with water purification, a double door
freezer, auto ice maker, high spec oven unit and everything else you would
expect. The lounge is located upstairs offering superb views via the 11
meters of sliding doors that allow the cooling breeze throughout, accessing
the spacious and sheltered balcony.
The four bedrooms each have their own
theme, the first having a built in teak bed and a walk in wardrobe area,
leading to the spacious contemporary ensuite. A sliding opaque door leads
out to the upstairs terrace. Bedroom two also has a built in bed unit with
wardrobe and leads to the pool and an en suite, reachable from both inside
and out.The third bedroom furniture is of dark ash with a double bed and the
fourth room has twin beds with furnishings in light oak. These two bedrooms
have an adjacent shared bathroom.
