Situated in a quiet area on the edge of a rubber plantation, 5 minutes from the beach at Ao Nang and in easy reach of the main town, Baan Chang is a three bedroom villa with an additional bedroom in a separate guest cottage, with its own en suite facilities, located on the exclusive 5 home Nathai Estates development.
Baan Chang is the largest villa here, sleeping a total of 8 in air conditioned comfort, having a
10 x 4 m private swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living and dining area, two other indoor lounge areas, a terrace and a covered, furnished gazebo/sala, overlooking the pool.

The guest bungalow is free standing from the main house, being a self contained unit that can be used as an additional space for two people, decorated in a similar style to the main villa, containing an air conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious a/c lounge, where it is possible to locate an additional two extra beds for children, and a small kitchenette.
Both the main villa and the guest bungalow enjoy cable TV and wi-fi internet access, and there is ample storage space. The villa garden is planted with tropical plants and greenery and there is private, gated parking for two cars.
