Recently built, Gecko house is the ideal holiday home for couples and smaller families or groups and may be rented along with Chang House next door.
Featuring two bedrooms, both ensuite, the master with a king size bed, opening to the pool, the second having twin beds and a private balcony.
The living area is fully equipped with comfortable couches, an 8 seater dining table, TV, DVD, Hi Fi , internet etc. Sliding doors open to the pool area that has a jacuzzi bench and wave pump for exercise.
A fully equipped kitchen, outdoor bbq and loungers complete the ideal and affordable holiday villa.
One price all year :
USD 100 per night . Weekly USD 600 . Monthly 35% reduction .

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking, with the remainder payable two months before the start date.
Gecko House may be rented together with Chang House located next door, sleeping 6-8.
