overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Thailand and within a few minutes of the beach
at Ban Tai and Bang Po. With 650sqm of living space and a magnificent
infinity-edged pool and large terraces the villa is ideal for families and
friends.
Spaciously appointed, within the Santi Thani estate, the villa enjoys
spectacular sea views - from the moment you walk through the spa-like entrance
you will experience the glorious panoramic view across the palm forests to the
magnificent ocean beyond and the national park islands in the distance.
The villa was specifically designed to provide a personable and comfortable feel
whilst enjoying the tropical insde/outside experience that is Samui. Self
contained with 5 large ensuite bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 at economical rates,
surrounded by coconut trees that ensure privacy.
The villa is naturally cooled by hill breezes and to make the most of this the
upper living areas are well ventilated, surrounded by large opening windows
right across the villa, ceiling fans and cool terra-cotta tiles underfoot;
whilst the 5 beautifully designed en suite bedrooms have built-in air
conditioning units and wooden floors.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% secures your reservation

Smoking within the villa is not permitted-ashtrays are provided for outside
We provide a twice-weekly maid service during your stay, ensuring the villa remains immaculate, and fresh linen / towels are always
available. You will also be provided with a complimentary ‘Thai’ mobile SIM card for the duration of your stay.The villa is located
on the North-Western side of the island and secluded in the mountainside of beautiful Santi-Thani
with unforgettable sea views over Samui’s neighbouring islands. The local 'Ban Tai' beach is only
2 minutes away by car, the closest town of Maenam only 5 minutes and just 10 minutes from new international standard 18-hole
golf course – Santiburi. A vehicle is advised to fully enjoy your holiday.
