Luxury Ocean Sunset Hillside Villa

An excellent, imposing five bedroom Thai style villa, within beautiful landscaped gardens on a hillside with lovely sunset views to Nathon Ferry Port, and the National Marine Park. A very private hillside retreat named Maleesalan. With spectacular 180 degree mountain, sea and island views and a cooling sea breeze most of the year this is an ideal family holiday location, sleeping up to 10 people in five bedrooms, or alternatively the villa can be rented with four bedrooms only.
The main living area on the middle level comprises a large lounge, a spacious formal dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and satellite TV. The living area expands onto covered terraces overlooking the pool and the seductive views of the ocean. An elevated pool and sundeck, resident staff and concierge services complete this lovely holiday villa rental.
The pool area is enclosed on 3 sides providing total privacy with views all round. There are 4 poolside bedrooms and, on a slightly lower level, an open air dining area within the sala.
There is a garden area below the villa and a smaller one, with sunset views, below the side entrance to the villa. Both areas provide good opportunities for viewing the myriad butterflies and bird life that abound in the area.

The four pool-side en-suite bedrooms are all air conditioned, have king-size beds and have flat screen TV with DVD/CD players and lovely views. Two of the rooms have small balconies. A spacious sala offers an idyllic al fresco dining area with panoramic views.
The master suite one floor above includes a king-size bed with vaulted ceiling, opening to a large private balcony. The en-suite bathroom with walk in shower is through the dressing room, with double vanity and bath-tub set into marble.A covered terrace runs the length of the front of the villa above the pool area, fitted with solar blinds an open shower and a private relaxing area for your comfort and convenience . The views from up here are even better than down below from the pool area.
For larger families this villa may be rented along with Samui Sunset Pavilions, located a short walk away.
