This beautiful luxury beach villa is situated on a quiet stretch of sandy beach on the west coast of Koh Samui, with crystal clear waters beckoning you to relax-no rocks, no coral, just soft sand!

The open plan living room, together with lounge, kitchen and a large dining area leads directly to the pool deck. The villa is comfortable, with high wood-paneled vaulted ceilings, polished teakwood floors and large folding glass windows that open on to the ocean views and the tropical garden.

Opposite the living room, also facing the pool deck with ocean views beyond, is the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a bathroom, with an outdoor bathtub/shower and open window to a lotus pond.

At the rear of the garden area, 2 two-storey buildings contain 4 bedrooms and a comfortable TV lounge with an adjacent bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the second master bedroom, with high wooden ceiling, a king-size 4-poster bed, a daybed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with a large terrazzo tub set against a backdrop of wooden shutters that open to the sea view.

An attached large balcony with sun loungers overlooks the sea. The remaining three double en-suite bedrooms are set on the first and second floors, with queen-size beds, spacious wardrobes, and TV/DVD players. The en-suite bathrooms have stone-clad walls, wood-paneled rain showers with open wooden slats, and attractive sinks on tiled bases.

Location

Located in Lipa Noi Beach on the West coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from the ferry port of Nathon and 35 kms from Samui's international airport. Santiburi Championship golf course is 25 minutes drive away. Shopping, and dining opportunities at many Thai restaurants are only 10 minutes away in Nathon, Samui's main town and commercial center. The famous 'Big John' seafood restaurant and Nikki Beach Samui is 100 metres along the beach from the villa. Lamai Beach is just 15 minutes away in the easterly direction, with the main tourist area of Chaweng a few minutes further on.

Lipa Noi is mostly a residential area with only a few hotels and boutique resorts and spas, which ensures there are only so many people wandering on the beach and provides even more privacy for guests in the private villas in that area. The location offers a serene ambiance with lovely sunsets over the Marine Park. Tongyang beach provides soft, white sands, bordered by endless lines of coconut plantations. Far from the noise and bustle, the surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and attractive.
