The Ocean Front Pavilion

This is the dining pavilion overlooking the ocean, with a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances, a breakfast counter, a generous dining area with a Kenneth Cobonque designer table seating ten, and a wine refrigerator. Hardwood swivel windows and sliding doors open the place up completely to a beachfront terrace with BBQ area, jacuzzi and a 27m private lap pool. A a distinctive feature in the basement is the fully stocked wine cellar with view into the pool. Charming yet modern, the cellar offers an additional option for entertaining and dining. Adjacent to the cellar is an entertainment area with wide screen home theater, a decent selection of DVDs and reading material.

The Floating Pavilion

Appearing to float on a shallow water feature and with a high vaulted roof contains the living room, with an outdoor covered billiard table deck next door. The living room is highly contemporary with fresh white walls, glass panel doors and hardwood flooring. The striking hues of silk pillows and cushions adorning the elegantly crafted furniture are a delight to behold and the unobstructed views across the water provide for a very relaxing setting.

The Master Pavilion

Entry to the private master suite is through a study full of books and with glass doors, making a warm and welcoming entrance to the expansive main bedroom. With wooden teak floors, cool tones of colour, classic furniture and striking artwork, not forgetting the super king size bed, the room opens to a private terrace with access to the villa lap pool. Finishing the suite is an indoor/outdoor bathroom, with a large terrazzo sunken bath, a glass fronted shower, twin washbasins and a separate toilet. Strikingly presented with black granite flooring, natural sandstone texture walls, terrazo counters, hardwood doors and large glass windows, the unique combination of textures provide a distinctive feel to this very private area.

The Guest Pavilion

Comprised of self contained suites, 2 Garden Suites and one Terrace Suite, each with private bathrooms. The enticing fusion of design, texture, colours and pure functionality are a beauty to behold, opening to either a verandah or terrace, the suites provide for outdoor dining and lounging, all being equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and utensils, elegantly and cleany hidden away in a fashionable service unit.

The villa and suites have the best linen and towelling, flat screen satellite TVs, wireless broadband, ipod docking stations, electronic safes, a local mobile phone and also come with a private maid service.

The Lotus Beach Villa can be rented complete as a four bedroom vacation home or optionally as a one-bedroom villa including the Ocean, Floating and Master pavilions.
