The Villa has an open plan kitchen, dining for six persons and a
spacious lounge area. There are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and these are equipped with double
beds. Both bedrooms enjoy access through glass-sliding doors out onto
the terrace and pool area, one set each side of the courtyard to provide
personal space.
The pool area is beautiful, with a sundeck and a in which to relax or
dine al fresco in the mature gardens, with your privacy assured by a
high wall. The villa and location are ideally suited to two couples or a
small family who like everything to be close by. It is only just
completed and now offered for both holiday and longer term rental.
The villa is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is built to the
highest western standards, superbly equipped with fridge/freezer,
cooking hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave-all appliances are of stainless
steel- and granite counter tops, plus a UV filtered water supply.
The villa is 5 minutes by moped or car from the lovely Meanam beach and the Santi
Golf Club. In even less time you can be on the main strip with access to
all the shops, numerous bars and a wide choice of restaurants. Fishermans village is 5 minutes from Maenam and Nathon with its
fine shopping experience is only about 15 minutes down the road to the
west.
