The villa has a 16 sq.m.private pool with a sunrise aspect, providing both sea and mountain views, with an adjacent sala for al fresco dining.
Within 15 minutes of the villa you will find golf, tennis, cinema, shopping, restaurants, a supermarket and beaches where you can sail, water-ski, hire boats, windsurf, scuba dive or just sunbathe! There is one restaurant just a two minute walk away and they will deliver food to the villa. The villa is about 2 k's from the main ring road-quiet yet close!
