We offer various options for villa owners, depending upon your needs:-
1. The Full Service Option
We act on your behalf as your rental agent, promote your villa FREE of cost on this and other websites, handle all guest enquiries and bookings, collect deposits and final payments. The final payments can be sent direct to your bank from the client and we can provide you with a live bookings calendar capable of accepting CREDIT CARD payments.
You supply up to 100 photographs per entry and these will be displayed in both a slide presentation and a static gallery display.Commission only-no bookings, no costs! We can also deal with airport transfers and provide concierge services. Ask for details
2. The Full Service Option + Website
As Item 1, plus we provide a website, unique url and hosting.
The cost for the first year is USD 195- thereafter yearly maintenance, hosting of the website and url fees USD100 per annum, plus commission on actual bookings. You will find this option extremely hard to match if you are new to villa renting.Ask for details.
3. The Display Option
Your Villa details will be displayed on this and other websites. All enquiries are conveyed to you for response via Samui-Select. Once a booking is secured the deposit is collected by Samui-Select and the balance is sent to your bank. Thereafter you handle the final payment collection directly with the client.

3.The Self Service Option
Join a network of hundreds of top websites, thus maximising your chances of getting sales and minimising the work involved uploading your listing.

Villa Management by SMS
For properties located in Koh Samui a full management service is provided by Samui Management Services Asia (SMS), designed to cater for all
aspects of running your villa:
Guest Relations
Management of reservations, collection of funds, car rental, transfers, taxis, concierge services for tours, massages etc., plus a manager on call
for any guest queries or concerns to ensure the client is properly looked after. If the client is sourced by SMS and its partners a commission is payable.
Property Management
SMS handle all of the aspects of running your villa, cleaning, pool maintenance, a/c maintenance, gardening, an emergency call out service,
buildings maintenance,regular inspection of water and power systems, payment of local bills, pest control etc.
The SMS Management fee is based upon a monthly fee at two levels, one pertaining to the property when it is empty and another for when it is occupied,
plus the actual cost of services supplied. Services provided will be agreed in advance and we recommend that an amount be agreed upon to handle emergency
situations without awaiting prior approval. Any additional services will be notified and approved in advance of expenditure.All services provided will
be quality controlled by SMS.
Why SMS?
SMS management is English and Thai with excellent English language skills. The number of villas under management is strictly limited to ensure that
an excellent personal service can be provided. Frankly,some management providers take on far too many properties and the senior management involvement
suffers accordingly, with too many important tasks being delegated.
